I was reading this on another site a fish store in the UK is offering a Sea Hare rental service. For £12 ($19) you can rent the Sea Hare until your algae is gone. Of course you have to bring the Sea Hare back in good health.

That's pretty cool. Those things are super good to have, but when they die they can pollute the whole tank! So a rental service is nice.

I guess it's really good for the sea hare too, because keeping one is tough because they will eat all the algae available and then eventually starve.

They are pretty good at sucking all the algae away. We, for some reason, have always had algae way out of control so we never had a problem with ours.
