Now that I have your attention let's talk about the so called mythical creature that has eluded man kind for thousands of years. Your probably wondering why I would post about something that only exist in our wildest fantasies...








... but the thing is the unicorn may not have been so mythical at all. Shocked  It seems as though it is possible that the unicorn mythology might have actually been based of a real life animal...






... I bet your really curious now huh?






A unicorn deer, that's right this deer was born with only one horn in the center of it's head. This unique feature is most likely due to a very rare genetic flaw. When this occurs the horn is usually at either side, but in this case it was in the middle.

I saw that a couple weeks ago, PRETTY NEAT! I think it's fascinating that the horn is perfectly centered.

I think unicorns were ultimately based off of Narwhals.

  It wouldn't surprise me to learn the was at least some basis for these beautiful creatures,unicorns have always been a favorite of mine,I have collected them for years.
  The Pegasus however,I would have a hard time believing!!
